Approved BDX files in new repository does not come through to workflow

Specifically these steps:
Test the flow manually.
Remove, and then re-add the trigger.
Switch the connection.
Turn off, and then turn on the flow.
Export, and then import the flow.
Create a copy of the flow.
If the trigger uses special conditions, like when an email arrives in a specific folder, remove the folder, and then add it again.
