Journal posting error - Voucher do not balance as per {Date}

Following Error posting Journals occurs and the system won't allow us to recall or delete the journals.

Quick tip - When the error log mentions the journal does not balance it is usually down to 1 of 2 things, a missing account either at origin (Left) or Offset (Right) OR the Debit or Credit is missing.

This happens because the offset account is missing.

However if you can't recall the journal to add offset account because it's in Approved state then click edit button under Lines to recall it. Then once you have made your changes you will need to resubmit the journals for approval:
