Journal has been approved but wont post due to balances not matching

Problem :

User reports an issue I have submitted and my manager approved the following journal entry AAUB-GBN-0009120 on D365 (General Ledger module) however the system will not allow me post this journal. Can you please investigate and let me know what I can do to resolve this?

The system does not show any errors when I validate the journal prior to posting. I can see I looks like there is a 3 cent difference in currency which might caused the issue but would not have expected the journal could be submitted / approved if that was the case.

Solution:

If the journal has been approved but wont post due to balances not matching for example and you need to edit the journal please click on Lines > Edit.
