Raising Ticket on Tagetik Salesforce portal
1. Login to Tagetik Salesforce portal https://cchtagetik.my.site.com/CustomerPortal/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2FCustomerPortal%2Fs%2F
2. For Production issues such as performance issues or any sort of outage such as users can't login, always raise a Blocker ticket using following steps -
3. Select Technical Requests and e.g. Other Technical.
4. Now provide details such as
Steps to recreate the issue,
Environment,
Current Tagetik version 5.3.SP22.323 (as of 13 Feb 2023)
Impacted Database code: e.g. PROD_TGK_ACCELERANT
