PowerBI Premium License access

The PowerBI Premium license access request function is now implemented in FreshService.

This is how it works.

Under "Service Requests" category "Software Licensing" you will see a tile named "PowerBI Premium License".

Clicking it will show following screen.

Automated approval is sent to user's Manager.

Next approval request goes to James Carlson as an Application owner.

After above two approvals ticket will stay with Service desk. The license is automatically assigned via the Azure Orchestration, the user will be notified and the ticket is triaged and Resolved.
