This KB will outline the process of adding a shared inbox to the mobile version of Outlook for iOS and Android
STEP 1 - Have the user open their outlook app on their phone If this application is not installed advise the user to go to the App store or Google Play store to download the Microsoft Outlook mobile app
STEP 2 - Have the user click on the Microsoft Orange box logo in the top left corner of the app
STEP 3 - This will expand a new menu, have the user click on the little mail icon with a blue plus sign under it
STEP 4 - have the user select the "Add a shared mailbox" option to add a new shared mailbox
STEP 5 - Have the user enter in the email address for the shared inbox If the user does not know the email address this can be found in the Admin tile on the https://portal.office365.com website
STEP 6 - Once the address is entered have the user hit continue and this should add the shared inbox
