Adding user to Smartsheets
1. Gather manager approval, and then app owner approval (Matt Jones)
2. Add user to security group App-Smartsheet-SSO
3. User needs to go to https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home
4. Change region to EU
5. Sign in with Microsoft account
Note that users will need to be added to groups within Smartsheet by the owner of the group.
