For access internal users need to be added to 'App-Workiva-SSO'
For external users, need to be added to 'bypass user' group in the organization admin area of Workiva. These should be approved by Matt Jones or Steve Reid

Short Summary
The way you sign in to Workiva is changing. From Monday 27th March 2023 you must use Single sign on (SSO) instead of your typical Workiva username. To use single sign on enter your Accelins.com email address, click the button or link titled 'Sign in with Single Sign-On' and enter your Microsoft 365 password. (This is also the password you use to sign into your laptop). You should now be signed in to Workiva using SSO.

Enabling Single Sign On (SSO) for Workiva - and other applications we use within Accelerant - reduces the number of usernames and passwords you need to remember - it's the same email address and password for all applications. It also improves security as we can ensure that our passwords are centralised and meet appropriate complexity requirements.
To login to Workiva using SSO follow these steps:
- Visit https://eu.wdesk.com/home/ and enter your email address in the 'Username' field. Then click 'Next'.

- If your screen looks like the image below, enter your Microsoft365 password and click 'Sign in with SSO' (circled red). If it doesn't look like this just go to the next step.

- If your screen looks like this one below, click the green button 'Sign in with Single Sign-On'. This should sign you straight into the application. If not, go to the next step.

- On occasion the familiar Microsoft window below will appear and ask you for your Microsoft credentials. If prompted, run through this process, entering your accelins.com email address, your password and completing the 'verify your identity' page (multi-factor authentication). You should then be logged in and redirected to the main Workiva portal. If it's your first time logging in you may be redirected to step 3 to perform an additional login.
